Allow the exchange of driver's licenses issued in the Republic of Moldova for the British equivalent, just as citizens of many other countries can.

I think that people from Moldova should be able to exchange their license without needing to resit driving tests. People from other countries can do this, so why can't we? We can only drive on a Moldovan licence in Britain for a year and that's it.
