This petition is to ask that FGM Awareness and Education be included in the new 'British Values' Education Program starting in September 2014.

It is vital that children are aware from a young age that this is not acceptable and it will also encourage them to speak out and save many thousands of girls from this pain and suffering.

It will also act as a deterrent to parents thinking about committing this crime as the NSPCC number dedicated FGM can be available to these children.

Help end this silent torture, speak up for these young girls be their voice.
