Petition Driving Theory Test should be valid for aleast 5 years

I believe that Theory Tests should at least be valid for 5 years instead of 2 years. By this extension young drivers will be able to focus more on their practical lessons and allows them to have efficient time to focus on the practicality of driving rather than worrying about passing the test based on that time frame.
