Over 9000 Primates are kept as Domestic Pets in the UK. Primates do not want to be imprisoned in cages, no matter how good the conditions are. There have already been many cases of abuse where Primates are cruelly kept in awful conditions. Primates want to live freely in their own habitat. This is cruel even if the owner loves their Monkey.
The Government must act to Ban Primates being kept as pets in the UK.
