Petition Teachers to sit the same exams as pupils

To introduce a national system where all school teachers are required to sit the same exam papers as their pupils (GCSE & A-level).
This should be required annually in the subject exams that the teachers have taught that year. The results should then be used by the school to assist teacher performance review & development. The results should also be available for parents and pupils.
