Islamic Hate Preacher Anjem Choudary has breached the freedom of speech in the human rights act of article 10 as it comes with penalties as he breached: "the protection of the reputation or rights of others" preaching hatred and is a jihadist, he did not condemn the killings of a British soldier on the BBC interview.

He should be arrested because he is spreading views that is dividing society and is intolerable to other religions.
