I propose the United Kingdom's citizens are offered a new Britain. This Britain would be Federal by nature with England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland all running their own affairs and the Federal Government being responsible for defence and international relations. A Federal UK could also include territories if they choose, in a referendum, that they would also like to join.
