Bring the UK in line with Europe regarding riding a motorcycle on public roads with a provisional license and displaying "L" plates. In Europe everyone has to take a test to ride on the road and training is done by recognised and licensed training schools such as those in the UK now, far to many people are risking their lives on Britains crowded roads with inadequate training, as members of the EU this has to stop.
