I would like the government to put laws in place to protect people who are in a position to have to set up a Third Party Mandate, and also make it against the law for someone put in this position of trust to spend that persons money on anyone other than the person they acting on behalf of. Currently a person nominated can empty someone else's bank account without breaking any laws or facing any penalties.
