Closed REMOVAL OF BUSINESS RATES FROM PUBLIC CONVENIENCES

The undersigned request that parliament remove the added costs of business rates from public conveniences. As such provision provides a local amenity for the welfare if local residents and as such are not businesses. Many councils are struggling to keep public conveniences open in these tough economic times and this added cost should be removed to keep them open at a sustainable cost.
