Introduce law to underpin Honesty and Integrity in Politics. Any MP who makes undeclared personal gain, or falsifies their expenses should be guilty of an Offence under the new proposed law. Any MP who receives benefit of any kind (other than declared 'token' gifts) from any Company involved in Government contracts (Procurement) either whilst in Office or within 10 years of leaving Office should be guilty of an Offence under the new proposed law. Any MP who deliberately misleads the Public for Financial Gain should be guilty of an Offence under the new proposed law. A code of ethical practices should also be introduced and those who fail to adhere should be punished proportionately ranging from monetary fines to dismissal
