To request that as the year marking HM Queen Elizabeth the Second's 60th Anniversary of her Coronation has passed, and a year further has also passed, that it is now time that the renaming of the Clock Tower as the Elizabeth Tower expires and it shall be re-named officially again as the Clock Tower.
