Petition Revise the IEP project design regarding lack of bicycle spaces

The new Intercity Express Project train sets for the Great Western Main Line (due 2018) have been designed with only 4 bicycles spaces. With the 'go green' policies the DfT are implementing this is not acceptable to reduce the number of spaces (currently 6 on High Speed Trains) given the number of cyclists commuting will only increase beyond the 6 currently provided, which often isn't enough anyway.
