A QUICK easy way to reduce our CARBON emissions, and create immediate JOBS is to reduce VAT to 5%. Energy saving condensing boilers, renewable energy technologies, solar PV etc. The benefit would be almost instant, the cost in lost tax revenue would be small if not an increase, due the massive increase in business activity.
