We believe that disabled people, living in metered properties, with medical conditions resulting in unavoidably high water usage should be eligible for capped water bills. We believe that this cap should be in line with the rateable value of a similiar, unmetered property, and that to do otherwise, constitutes discrimination under the disability discrimination act 2005.
