Apprenticeships are suppose to give people a chance to get you experince and eventully a job, they say they can help everyone but this is a lie thaey are not fair and not equal. Gradutes are exclude from being put on to apprenticeship course as they are to quailfed. But what happen when they want to retrian.

What I want to see happen is apprenticeships open to every on no matter how old they are and what qualification level they have make a truely fair palying field for all
