We the undersigned request the NHS and Department of Health to develop a clear strategy for provision of a modern and adequate GP surgery in South Burnham to meet the needs of local communities in South Burnham, Taplow, Eton Wick, Dorney and surrounding areas. We also request that the NHS arrange an independent consultation with local residents and patents of Taplow Health Centre. Until then the planned closure of Taplow Health Centre and merger with Burnham Heal Centre be halted.
