To stop the flagrant abuse of the Benefits system, provide households with children a grocery pack to their homes each week, pay reasonable costs for their utility bills and nothing else (NO cash). This will stop benefit abuse on three fronts, if the 'I don't want to work people' want cash, they will have to get a job, it will also stop these people from having numerous children in order to get more money and it will also stop EU immigrants from sending hard earned taxpayers money back to their country of origin.
