Closed Motorcycling to be encouraged to reduce congestion on the roads of the uk

To petition government to encourage the use of motorcycles on the countrys roads, to reduce the number of cars and 4x4,s on the roads and subsequently reduce the amount of congestion. Taxation should be reduced for these motorcycles, and increased for other vehicles to promote this idea.
