Petition Stop the goverment profiteering from the CSA

Due to a Goverment rule change in relation to the Child Matainance Service you will now pay a fee TO THE CHILD MAINTAINANCE SERVICE
Lets say the paying parent pays his ex partner £500 a month :

£500 - Maintainance payment per month
£100 - Child Maintainance collection fee

Total £600

Recieving Parent will get :

£500 minus 4% = 20

Total recieved £480

So from the example above the Child Maintaince Service will collect a total fee of £120 a month or £14,400 over 10 years and thats just from 1 paying and recieving parent!!

I think these fees stink especially in recent months the goverment have made such a fuss about extreme bank charges etc and customers are getting back milions in unfair charges and yet the Child Maintainance Service WILL make millions a year at the expence of OUR children!!

In effect OUR children are paying TAX!!!
