Rejected petition The scrapping of inheritance tax

I would like parliament to discuss the scrapping of inheritance tax as I feel that this piece of legislation is one of the most insulting that has ever been passed by parliament.
The idea that someone who has paid taxes all their lives in order to leave something for their children then has to pay more tax for the act of dying is abhorent and should be changed immediately.
