Petition Stop Training days in term time if parents are being fined for holidays in term time.

Training days should be done in school holidays not in term time.
As parents we are told our children should be in school, we are being fined for holidays being taken in Term time and are even refused permission to have a day or two off unless for a very good reason.
How can it be justified that missing school due to Training days is ok? If they are so important then they should also be taken out of school hours.
It would seem highly unacceptable to a school if after 6 weeks summer holidays a child requested a day off on the very first day back to school in a new year but it is ok because it's a Training day?
Either stop fining parents for taking their children out of school unless for extreme cases or stop training days being a reason for children to miss days of school.
