Petition stop fathers being absent and have a law to make them be part of the child(ren)s life

For a number of years absent fathers are getting away with not taking anything to do with the children they help concieve, no law is in practice to do anything about this so i propose that a law is created for cases like this. If a woman can be dragged through courts to let a father see the children why cant there be a law to make the ones that dont bother stand up and do something!
