It became illusion to restore hope and security Somalia and tribal challenges enourmously increased within Somaliland. Thus it became out almost goal to declare an independent State called D'Adal Republique or Democratic Republic of Adal (ARD) on the 4rth of April 2014.

The term Adal means justice and it located the most strategic location in the universe. Also Adalese Society in general are politically mature peace loving, highly educated and are able to apply or facilitate major policies towards the region.

Pharoes, Abraham, British, French and Italian Colony as well Ethiopian - Heyla and Ottomman Empires all challenged on Adal Region, because of its historical, spatial, economical, spritual and strategical characteristics. While others called the land of God or land of Punt and Arab Called Ard Habasha ( The term Habbasha Means Black).
