Why do Motherwell council want to move our burgers

I am pupil of St Aidans high in North Lanarkshire and I am wondering why the council seem determind to move our burgers,
1.Some pupils don't like going far and I fell safe
2.The incidents of fighting, bullying, shopping, will sadly increase this is certain.
3. Moving our van seems spurious, as we can already walk to McDonald's greggs ect, so this will have no effect on stopping the few from over eating
4. The vans don't just sell burgers

This is for all burger van's face in this action,
please help me save our van's, it's not up to the council what I eat as long as I am healthy . Did Prohibition worked in the USA. I am 14 years old and need all the help I can get, please help
