Ban from using major roads. I have witnessed several near misses with large lorries.

Compulsory wearing of helmets for users.

Must have licence to use scooter.

Appreciate it offers independence but concerned for user safety.

Please sign petition if you agree there should be more legislation to protect the safety of both scooter users and public.
