Set up an approved and vetted landlord register with annual inspections.Should an approved member have to evict a tenant,this could be sanctioned by the inspecting body without the need for court intervention.
i.e;-should a tenant be 8 weeks /2 months in arrears with rent,then eviction proceedures would be granted immediately to enable the landlord to employ baliffs.
Should a tenant refuse to leave at the end of a section 21 notice, then the same procedure would apply.
Non approved landlords would have to adhere to the current regulations.
