The government should ban incinerators that use household waste to produce electrical energy. The one planned at Merthyr Tydfil, has applied to Emmit 7.5 tonnes of MERCURY, 18.9 tonnes of LEAD and 150 grams of DIOXIN, + 22 other toxins, Why cant the European clean air act stop this pollution? why are American companies being allowed to use a process here, that is no longer allowed in the USA
