Closed Stop the Development of Kedleston Rd/Memorial Rd Green Field Site

Developers are planning to submit planning permission for a development of 400 plus homes on Kedleston Road/Memorial Road Allestree Derby. This proposed site abuts a National Trust site and an area of beauty. The proposed development will bring about an increase of vehicular traffic of approximately an extra 800 cars per rush hour on a road that is far from free flowing during these times. No consideration has been given to the impact on flora and fauna of this development. Local schools, Medical Centres are already in a state of overstretch. Local residents would like this development stopped.
