I live with my partner and daughter I'm the only one who is able to work and we are receiving tax credits to help support us however I have another child with a ex partner who is remarried and claiming child maintenance for him even though they both work and don't need the money so I would like to make a petition to change the law so the child living with me doesn't have to live in poverty when the other has everything and more
