Rejected petition Small dogs running riot!!

Owners of large dog breeds getting annoyed over smaller dogs attacking them due to no lead. Just because you own a smaller dog, it doesn't mean that our bigger breeds want to be attacked!
I'm starting this petition to raise awareness that it's not just the large breed that needs a lead.
To many large breeds have lost there lives but to being the wrong culprit
