Petition Law needed to protect `ASTHMA` sufferers from SMOKE.

We need a Law to stop smoke from built up areas where any waste can be Recycled, this would help stop the ones with ASTHMA having attacks, these people need clean air to breath more so if they also suffer Hay Fever on top, everyone should have the right to breath fresh air in this day and age, this would also save costs at hospitals with attacks from the above.

Lets have a Law to protect against the above being bias against ASTHMA.
