Rejected petition Tongue Piercing Regulations

I have recently found out that my 13 year old daughter has had her tongue pierced.

I was about to report the business for flouting the regulations but am even more horrified to find that there are no regulations for tongue piecing.

How can a 13 year old child walk in to a shop, in a local town centre and allow an adult to mutilate them in such way and it be legal, this is not right and regulations need to be put in place.
