Petition against expensive unhealthy underfloor heating system. Heating charge is £582.00p yearly which we are forced to pay even when switched off.Cost are spread over 48 weeks. Paying for heating during summer months is both a costly and unhealthy. The official estimated cost is £170.00p yearly. Council dictates when the system is turned on and off,constant heat from September to May is a both costly and unhealthy .Residents should have complete control of any heating system. We ask that the government to force councils to give us a choice as we feel this amount to legalised theft.
