With austerity means cut-backs but some people out there are having to take second incomes to help make ends meet...it is not right that they should be taxed heavily on a second income and it needs to be addressed so that there is a new income tax bracket, or the personal allowance before paying is crossed over so that those who have to take second jobs to make ends meet are not penalised
