Oppression, In public interest. Judges immune status to be removed thus, accoutability, reducing greatly crimes enated in judiciary, protectionism & favouritsim.
Bias against self lits/rep's to be prohibited.
Self lits/rep's to be awarded state funding when pursuing a civil case against public office offences or injustice.
Statute law to be upheld & not discarded by judges for want of bias, malice vendetta. False court cases to be outlawed
Legal rep's abuse of process in fees generating scams to be outlawed. Prohibition of
Judicial laundering of fees for legal rep's.
M.o.J to be made accountable if failing to undertake complaints.
Judicairy to pay compensation to those that have been the victims of malice & vendetta by the M.o.J & Juduciary.
Govn't to lobby European crt of Justice so individuals can sue a member state.
Judiciary not to abuse process, use tactics of diversion, issue false orders(lying judges), tamper & shred files. Case timeframe to be accelerated
