The Government should make it a particular imprisonable offence for a specified person to fail to report to the UK police that in past or present duties they have discovered, seen or dealt with evidence that another specified person has been, or is, engaged in illegal activities relating to child abuse/murder or child pornography or have found, seen or dealt with evidence sufficient to indicate that such an offence may have been committed or is occurring.
“specified person”:
MPs/UK MEPs; civil servants; armed forces staff; Royal Household members; European Commissioners of British nationality; British nationals working for European Commissioners of British nationality/UK MEPs; local authority Members/local government officers; political party officers; non-civil servants in Private Offices (PO) or under the immediate direction of the Minister/PO staff paid from governmental, parliamentary or political party funds; staff of non-governmental organisations set up under UK law.
