Braemar House is a local non-profit making Day Centre specialising in care for physically and mentally impaired adults, have been fighting VAT system for a year for their client group to be exempt from VAT.

Despite appeals and valid arguments we have been denied and have been forced to implement VAT charges on their day care fees.

IS THIS NOT MORALLY WRONG to add this ridiculous charge to people who already struggle with their physical or mental impairment?

We want the law changed and need help in this fight. If you agree that day care services should be exempt from VAT please sign our petition.
