Rejected petition bring back the stocks and whipping for youth disorder etc

With the riots in London at the moment and knife crime why dont we bring back the stocks and the berch and get these yobbs scared. We are to soft in this country and need to make these yobbs realise they will be punished if they do the crime. You could protect the eyes of the yobb whilst he was in the stocks but the public would be allowed to throw rotton meat and fish and veg at the yobbo.
