We the undersigned request a full parliamentary investigation into the events, decisions and actions by Councillors and officers of the Council that led RBK&C to deviate from it's previously agreed policy on the Crossrail 2 station in Chelsea and propose a new site for the station on and around the Cremorne Estate ("Chelsea West") to Mayor Boris Johnson and TfL.
