2 parent working families should be provided with financial support to ease the burden or childcare costs and bills.

Many families want to set a good example to their children and want financial stability.

Parents in a couple who chose to remain in employment should be supported and encouraged to do so.

A benefit should be made available to those couples who are ending their maternity/ paternity leave to return to work full time and who are paying a registered childcare provider to care for their child/ children during working hours.

You should not have to be a single parent or unemployed in order to receive help.
