Electricity & gas are a human right. The poor are forced to pay more for their electricity and gas through pre payment meters or not using direct debits. This petition is to create a fair system for energy, where everyone pays the same rate for their energy, regardless of their payment method. Lets stop taxing the poor and elderly and create a fairer society.
