Important:

This petition was submitted during the 2010-2015 parliament

Petition Thoroughly investigate the British Telecom Group's customer service policy and it's use of BDUK funding to upgrade its network.

More details

British Telecom have an abysmal customer service policy and have fundamentally failed to deliver their promises of upgrading their network to provide superset broadband to the masses, even though they have taken over £500,000,000 of public money.
We the public demand that a full public investigation is launched into BT Group use of public money and its attitude to customer service.
Should BT be found to be providing poor customer service or misusing public money, the government should legislate to bring TELCOs and ISPs under 'special measures', using methodologies similar to OFSTED in schools.
