Petition Show speed limits in both MPH and KPH

The government should introduce road signs showing both mph and kph.
By having a dual speed limit road sign it might help reduce fines to foreign drivers when visiting the UK.
It may help in the above misunderstandings by those drivers of speed limits , although there vehicles may have either speeds shown in KPH or MPH, to what speed limit applies to them in towns, cities or motorways when travelling.
