Petition Income support versus Job Seekers Allowance

Give Job Centre staff the right to decide if some stays on income support or moves to job seekers allowance.
At the moment the system is too black and white and people who work less than 16 hours are being put on job seekers allowance regardless of any other circumstances i.e. if they are training alongside this.
The system is targeting the wrong people in some cases. We want fairness and logic. Not bad advice.
