Petition Referendum for England/Wales & NI if Scotland vote for independence
More details
If Scotland vote for independence in their upcoming referendum, there should be a referendum of people in England, Wales and Northern Ireland to determine what the UK Government can and cannot negotiate away as part of the separation agreement.
This is because the UK Government currently has no mandate to negotiate separation terms and cannot unilaterally decide what UK assets they are going to give away to a new foreign power..
