The House of Lords should be reformed.
The way members are 'elected' at present is not democratic.
The number of members is every increasing - this is unnecessary.. The number of members should be capped.
The term of office for each member should be defined. The number of terms that a member can sit for should be determined.
The method and frequency of the election process should defined.
In order to find what the people of the UK want a referendum is required.
