This petition calls for the following House of Lords reforms:

- Remove all remaining hereditary peers
- Remove the Lords Spiritual
- Reduce remaining members to a number half that of the number of MPs
- The electorate must have the opportunity to vote on House of Lords candidates
- Nominating parties must set out clear reasons for putting forward a candidate
- Candidates who are party donors must be excluded
- Candidates who are party members must be excluded
