In a world where the human rights of the offender in these heinous cases is more highly regarded than the rights of the young victims it is time to start making these monsters realise that what they're doing is unforgivable. They need to be readily recognisable to enable some sort of protection for our vulnerable children.
Naturally this doesn't remove the risk of those who've yet to be caught, but if we could at least remove the chances of re-offending then we're making steps in the right direction.
It's time that we cared less about these perverts and more about our children.
