We have recently seen murderers, commited to life imprisonment, being released into the community after only a fraction of their sentence served, also we have seen convicted murderers transfered to low security or open prisons, some who have escaped have commited more crime, with the safety of the British public at heart, if the government cannot afford to keep a murderer behind bars for their life sentence then execution by hanging must return, the safety of the british public should always be the number 1 concern of the government.
